Terms of Service

Last updated: August 22, 2026

Template notice: This page is a starting-point template for Adobbi and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Adobbi (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until canceled. Generation credits are consumed when you generate or regenerate a site. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and credits are non-transferable.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate layouts, copy, and imagery. Output may be inaccurate or resemble other content; you are responsible for reviewing generated material before publishing and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

5. Ownership of your sites

As between you and Adobbi, you own the websites you generate and publish. You may export and host them independently. You retain your content; we retain all rights in the Service itself.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or infringe others' rights;
  • Generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (for hosting, payments, AI, and domains). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their own terms.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though you keep sites you have already exported.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adobbi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
